Do you ship internationally? A.
Yes. International orders are to be paid by Western Union Money Transfer,
International Money Order or Cashiers Check. International customers
from Canada and Great Britain may pay through PayPal as long as their shipping
/ billing address can be confirmed. International shipping rates
apply and are higher than domestic (United States) rates. International
shipping cost on average runs between $27.50 - $60.00 USD, but entirely
depends on destination and parcel weight and your order shipping cost may
vary. Please read the information on the

Do you accept payments by Money Order? A.
Yes. ALL Money
Order mail in payments are to be made payable to Craig
Wells, (NOT Military Gear HQ).

Do you ship to APO's or FPO's? A.
Yes. As long as your PayPal account's Confirmed Address is your APO
or FPO address. If your PayPal account does not have a confirmed
status on your APO or FPO address you can always confirm this address by
logging into your PayPal account and doing so.

Do you accept payments by Business Check or Personal Check? A.
No. Due to previous problems with these methods of payments we have
decided to eliminate them from acceptable means of payment to avoid future
problems. If you do not wish to pay with a credit card your payment
can be made via Money Order or Cashiers check, simply print out our Mail
In Order Form, fill it out and mail in your order.

Where's my order? A.
Most orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) of order placement.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an shipping confirmation from
PayPal, United States Postal Service or FedEx along with the tracking information.

Can I return or exchange an item? A.
Yes (Domestic orders only). All international order sales are final.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be received within 15 days of receipt
of merchandise. Special Order
merchandise cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All Special
Order merchandise sales are final,
so please make sure you know exactly what you want, your size and agree
to the terms of purchasing. Please read our Policies

Do you have a printed catalog? A.
Not at this time, all items offered for sale are listed on the web site.
When we come across new items we try to catalog and list them as quickly
as possible.

Do you offer expedited shipping? A.
No, all domestic orders ship by United States Postal Services Priority
Mail with a 1-3 day delivery time on average (some remote destinations
may take longer). All international orders ship through the
United States Postal Service's Priority Mail International with an approximate
5-10 day delivery time or Express Mail International with an approximate
5 day delivery time. Delivery times do not take into account any
delays that might occur during clearance through customs or delays with
delivery services, they are mainly estimates based upon normal experiences.

I'm looking for something like "............", do you have it? A.
All items available for purchase are listed on the web site. Use
the "Gear Search"
feature located towards the top left of the home page or any of the item
category pages to assist in finding an item of desire. We do not
have uniforms, gear or anything else laying around that can be purchased
but is not listed. We add all new merchandise to the web site as
soon as we acquire it and update inventory count daily to represent current
availability.

Can I cancel my Special Order merchandise
items since my order has not yet shipped? A.
Unfortunately, no. Your Special
Order merchandise has been specifically
ordered and pre-paid through my supplier for YOU in
your specific size and pattern that you requested and is in the process
of acquisition and I cannot cancel my order with my supplier. That
is why we asked that you were 100% positive that you
wanted your Special Order
merchandise prior to placing your order and agreed to the terms of any
and all time frames and delays that might occur.

Do you sell to other merchants at resale or wholesale pricing? A.
No. We are strictly a retail based online store.

Do you have a retail showroom/store where I can purchase and/or browse
through merchandise? A.
No. We are strictly an internet/mail order ecommerce store.
Our business license does not allow for "walk in" customers.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes? A.
No coupon codes, but on occasion for some large orders we may make certain
concessions and offer a discount. This is at the sole discretion
of Military Gear HQ based upon the particular merchandise being purchased.

are subject to change. All orders are subject to product availability. Military
Gear HQ reserves the right to cancel any order which includes a pricing
