Military Gear HQ has teamed up with the United States Postal Service through our online payment acceptance provider, PayPal, to provide fast and efficient shipping and order tracking information.  When your order is processed for shipping you will receive an email from PayPal (service@paypal.com) with the United States Postal Services Priority Mail package Delivery Confirmation information and shipping date.  Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of order placement.  Average time from order placement to receipt of order is 2-6 business days (domestic orders only) with our standard method of shipping which is Priority Mail. UPS or FedEx shipments may take 2-5 business days.

For United States Customers Only:  If you do not wish to make your purchase with your Credit Card and would like to mail in your payment via Money Order or Cashiers Check (no personal checks accepted), print out this Mail In Order Form, fill it out and mail in your order.  Do not send cash.

For All International Customers:  Shipping cost is based upon weight of order and destination and start at $47.00 USD.  Please send us an eMail with your shipping address along with the items you want to purchase (include quantity and item sizes if applicable) and we will provide you a shipping cost quote.  All international shipping is carried by the United States Postal Services Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.  Please refer to our International Orders page for complete details and options for sending payments.

To insure your purchase against damage or loss in transit use the following drop-down menu to select coverage based on your total merchandise cost.  Insurance cost varies from $3.00 to $9.00 for up to $600.00 value of merchandise.  Military Gear HQ is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments if you do not purchase insurance.

Shipping, Handling & Packaging Rates For International Orders
These two options are the initial billed rates and are applicable for the average international order.

USPS Priority Air Mail International (6-10 day transit):   $47.00 USD USPS Express Air Mail International (5 day transit):  $54.00 USD Both of these international shipping rates are based on a parcel weight of 2 to 3 pounds.  If your order weighs more than 3 pounds you will receive a PayPal invoice requesting you to submit the additional shipping cost required to ship your order.  These shipping rates cover most average size orders such as a pair of pants and a shirt.  If your order costs less to ship than the shipping rates above an appropriate refund will be issued for the excess shipping cost you are charged.
