Official
U.S. Military Issue, Vietnam era ( circa 1969-1970 ) OD Slant Pocket Combat
Shirts, Same as our troops worn in the jungles of Vietnam. |
These
are as fresh and new as the day they were manufactured over 38 years ago,
only these were never issued, they managed to stay out of the heat of battle
and have found their way out of a warehouse and are now available once
again, but this time to veterans and civilians alike. When we found
these they were still in the original government contract boxes, string
wrapped in bundles of 5 shirts, 7 bundles per case, 35 shirts per case.
Don't
miss your opportunity to own a piece of military history while they're
still available.
Made
from 100% rip-stop cotton, olive drab in color and features two slanted
easy access upper pockets, two lower gear pockets, and two button adjustable
cuffs to allow the sleeves to be rolled up. Covered five button front.
Double button pockets are pleated and bellowed to hold lots of gear, and
feature drain holes to allow water to drain out. If you served in Vietnam,
these shirts will seem like an old friend; if not, put one of these on
and experience the "real thing". We were fortunate enough
to locate a supply of these genuine Vietnam-era shirts, but our quantity
is strictly limited.
Once they're gone,
they're gone, there won't be any more!
A great item for veterans, collectors or re-enactors.
You
will find below that we have broken down your purchase selections by the
various manufacturers in same sizes for specific selection if you so choose
to purchase one made by a particular manufacturer. There are no visible
differences between the different manufacturers shirts, there are no variations
in styles either. We have simply done this because some customers
remember when they were in country they were issued a shirt by a particular
manufacturer and would like to purchase the same one. |
